It is definitely the worst pay to win game I have played.
I used to like the classic version of Tyrant. This one is made so you have to wait weeks to get good cards or open your wallet.
If you have not seen the episode of South Park called "Freemium isnt free", go watch it, it is all about this game.
And yes, the Canadian devil made this game.
